I bought these an wanted them got them an it only worked for less then a month then the right side ear piece speaker broke only the left side works now when I listen to music the right side sounds like it cracks. sound comes out but it broken up well definitely not buy another one waist of money

I bought the buds pro less than two years ago. Everything was good though the buds would hurt my ears sometimes or pop out sometimes. I bought some memory foam pieces for buds to see if those would help. Still the same. The real problem was that the right bud stopped working properly. I could barely hear any sound from it. Luckily, I had week left in the one year warranty so I got a new set of buds but recently got the same issue with the right bud not working properly again. I can barely hear any sound out of it again.

They sound good ,there are not good with my phone i went to virizon asked the sales person i wanted the best buds they had for phone use , he recomended these . They are not good you all kinds of background noise on the recieving end and now i lost one so i can't return them

Without knowing what kind of phone you have been using, we can say this device has a few different sound options. You may be using the hear through sound option that will allow the outside sound rather than the ANC that will block sound from coming in through the buds and potentially disrupting your enjoyment. These buds also have a find my buds feature that will allow you to have them make a chirping sound if lost so long as they still have battery. I've accidentally washed mine In a wash machine and dried them. I dropped them in a toilet took them out of the toilet washed them. They have been covered in dirt you name it take a right to the sink wash them right back in my ear like nothing ever had them for almost 2 years couldn't be happier. I just purchased my 2nd pair Only because I lost them on a road trip And it was too late to find them when I noticed they were going

HUGE!! these things are so big that that plop right out of my ear no matter how I adjust them. Frustrating and will probably return them but there's the $50. Restock fee so may donate them

I tried putting them in with all 3 size inserts. They kept falling out of my ears. Its almost as if the ear pieces are too heavy to stay put. I'm sending them back for a refund, need a lighter pair.

When charging this case can you charge it wirelessly or is it wired?

Are these Earbuds able to connect to 2 different devices? Not at the same time.

Hi Alhj2013, that's a great question and the answer is yes. The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro also have Auto Switch, which allows the buds to detect what connection you need and instantly shift to that device. So, when you're watching a movie on your tablet and get a call, Galaxy Buds Pro will switch the audio to your phone and switch back once you hang up. -Edward
