This case is so weakly built that just woke up and the thin plastic for the folding side just had a clean break.....no impact or drop...it just broke off.

Great looking case. We loved the pink color and the stylus holder. however my wife and I have now had both are cases break in the front corner with 6 weeks. This is simply a flawed design with massive quality issues. Our cases both broke in the front left bottom corner with nothing but very light everyday usage. Candidly, customers should receive refunds; this case was expensive yet the quality was worse than any case I have every bought. Extremely disappointed.

Beautiful looking case, broke after 2 months. Put it in my pocket, everything was fine. A few minutes later, retrieved phone from phone, phone case cracked in two. Very flimsy design with not a lot of protection on front. Case doesn't protect camera lenses from falls either, as camera lenses poke out further than case.

The whole esthetics of the protector is nice but somehow, after a few weeks, I removed from my pocket and the front half of the case ended up breaking, just out of nowhere. This thing is so expensive and I could have paid much less for something that lasts much more

I bought it for the S pen, and I'm so glad I didn't pay full price. Very poor quality, cheap plastic and I had very little confidence in the protection factor, especially for the seam where it folds. So, I had another phone case ordered and on deck and it's a good thing I did because this case broke fairly quickly, bottom left corner cracked, it's definitely not worth the hassle trying to get it replaced under warranty. Don't waste your time or money on this case, just get a generic and be done with it. The new case adds a little bulk to the phone but I feel much better about it being protected if it gets dropped.
