Software Update Sound Quality

After a recent software update, the soundbar is generating static noises whenever sound is not playing through an app. Please fix this issue! Prior to this, the soundbar was okay (aside from some strange volume normalization issues that would occur when switching between apps). Considering the software update issues, I would not recommend purchasing this soundbar (unless they issue a fix).

Great soundbar if it keeps working

Had this spundbar for about 1.5years and it stopped working. When this worked, the sound was fantastic! But it died. No troubleshooting assistance or warranty, it just cycles itself on and off. Had no issues until this happened. Not wanting to spend this kind of money for a product that has a life of less than 2 years.

My first order was never shipped until 3 weeks later I ordered a 2nd one then was shipped. Had a hard time setting it up, the unit would register. Had to do manually. The first day everything seemed run normal. Then the second day couldn't watch nothing cause the sound bar had problems connecting the app. Or would connect to the app and no picture and had sound. So tried to do a hard reset with a pin and wouldn't rest to the factory settings. Now this morning played what ever I wanted streaming no problem. I think was poorly engineered. Not to in pressed but living with the admiralty's that this product has.

I’ve had the soundbar for just over a year. Music sounds great, but I never achieved the desired sound for movies. About 8 months into ownership, apps started freezing, sometimes not opening. I thought the issue was the app. But now it’s happening for multiple app. I made sure the update the soundbar AND the apps. The issue persists. Sometimes in the middle of a show the streaming stops and goes back to the soundbar Home Screen. Now I’m left so search for a new streaming sound bar less thank 18 months after purchasing this device. This was a good idea, not well executed.

I received this promotional free sound bar second-hand and I am struggling to get any information about set-up, capabilities, was there a remote-control (?) and number of speakers etc. I haven't received knowledgable help from live chat- they asked if I had 'googled' it or if I had reached out to Bang and Oulfsen and yes I did both without any success or answers. I don't have the box with the instruction and specs. The model I have is the ASK-STI16251. Is that the one for sale on your website?

Sound is great. Doesn't have 4k hdmi passthrough

Still haven't got mine

The whole process of getting mine from the promotion has been a nightmare. Not only didn't I receive the email I was supposed to get to claim it, but after countless times contacting support, they managed to place the order back in Dec for me to get it, but till this day he still hasn't shipped and says delayed. Hard to believe this item is out of stock or something when it is still available for purchase online.

I wanted to use the Stream TV Soundbar as a bluetooth speaker for my desktop PC, nothing else. How do I get it to work correctly? I connect it, but the sound is choppy and broken and won't come in normal.

I switched back to xfinity. Any chance this will still work? I plug the xfinity box until the soundbar and it just says "connecting to xfinity x1"
