If I could give this thing zero starts, I would. I usually like Samsung phones better than the other leading brands, but this is absolutely the worst phone I've ever owned. I've had it less than 2 years and it has been sup-par since the first day, It is slow. It has practically no storage, it locks up frequently. Today, the screen went totally black and only lights up for an incoming call. I can't dial, I can't restart it. I can't text. It's one-half step above useless. Save your sanity, spend a little more, and get something better.

No sound and constantly looses connection

I've had this phone for a long time. About 6 months ago the media volume started only playing for 5 seconds then it would be nothingness. Contacted Samsung about the issue and was told that I would need to take my phone in. I stuck it out because I did not have the money for a new phone. My phone will just randomly disconnect from service. I know it is a phone issue because every phone in my house is on Verizon and does not do that. No other phone I have ever had has done this.
