I will preface this by saying I was using the S20+ 5G before this phone and I loved it. No issues great phone until the screen got cracked and Verizon offered to upgrade the phone since they couldn't replace the screen. So I did, little did I know that would be a mistake. Less features on the S21+ than the S20+ which seems so backwards to me. I can't choose refresh rates on a phone when the previous gen could? Crazy. USB-C port only works when cable is in a certain orientation. Isn't one of the benefits of USB-C the ability to plug in upside down and right side up? Well that's not a feature on this phone, but don't worry because sometime your USB-C port won't work at all and will not let you launch Dex or mirror screen over USB-C. Battery life sucks compared to the s20+. The microphone doesn't work during and after using android auto. I have to restart my phone to get the microphone to work again or use my phone in speaker mode to talk on the phone after unplugging from android auto. Unstable wifi connections, unstable wired connections, arguably worse sound quality compared to the last gen. Again none of the issues were seen on my S20+ which I had since it came out. Sad to see Samsung make such a subpar product. After being loyal to Samsung since the S6 it's time to go with another brand. I cannot trust that your newer products will not disappoint like this one. Good looking aesthetically, and comfortable in the hand though I will give it that.

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G for 3 or 4 years with no problem. I wanted to upgrade it but I have been doing my homework and there is not a better phone out there. I love ❤️ the camera just enough storage for what i need. I can't say enough about the Galaxy S21+ 5G you will love it as much as I do.

This phone isn't the best. I think seems like my service is not that great with this. The phone is somewhat slow for being a decent phone with a lot of memory and Ram, but it just seems like it's sluggish, my service is sluggish. It just doesn't load as fast as I was thinking as it's a samsung product kind of wish I would have went with a different phone.

Only problem I had was my phone froze and i could not shut it off or use it, so I took the chip out of the phone a nd let it sit for 15 or 20 minutes with out pluging it up I put the chip back in and it was good to go.. I had my phone for 3 years I dont think I will be upgrading no time soon great product....

Unfortunately it will randomly reboot itself and/or lock up ad I have to manually reboot it. Veriizon didn't explain their warranty when I called originally and I've been stuck with phone until I completed the 24 months so I could get my credit for my old phone. I also have time that it locks up repeatedly and have no useable phone

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've had this phone a little over 2 yrs it's just as good if not better than a new one, ot lives inside a (samsung led cover case) love the features of the case never have to open the wallet style case to see who's calling, answering phone or to see if a notification was a e-maill or text a icon informs you of that. I previously had the s9t with same led cover case but the curved glass got broke (due to design or lack of case to cover volume rocker panel only exposed part of case) so had to upgrade was thinking about upgrading again but think I will wait to see if the 24 ultra gets a flat screen no more curved screens for me to delicate and didn't like it. I haven't mentioned much about the phone because it performs great and would buy again it does just about everything possible you would ever want plus more. Get yourself one today

Is the S21 plus waterproof?

This device is not waterproof but it is water resistant. It has an IP68 rating, protecting it against dust, dirt, sand, and water. The Galaxy S21 Plus can be submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes without damage. ~Peter

Does the S21 have a headphone Jack and does it come with a charger ?

Hello Edwards, thank you for your question! The Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G comes with a charging cable, but the wall plug would need to be purchased separately. Also, it does not have a headphone jack, however it is compatible with a USB-C Headphone Jack adapter, which lets you connect devices that use a standard 3.5 mm audio plug to your USB-C devices. Type-C Headphones would also work perfectly.
