Get Netflix Premium and AMC+ Bundle FAQs
- Sign in to My Verizon from a web browser (+play isn't available in the My Verizon app). Choose Shop, then +play.
- Visit Manage +play Subscriptions - My Verizon website for step-by-step instructions to sign into +play.
- Click Learn More on the Get Netflix Premium and AMC+ tile
- You must purchase the bundle through the Learn More link to receive the exclusive offer.
- Click on Get it Now.
- You will be asked if you already have an existing account with AMC+ or Netflix.
- You can proceed by clicking on Continue to Enrollment. If you have further questions, click on Learn More.
- Enter service address.
- Enter a valid payment method.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Now create your accounts.
- You can activate either service first. Click on either Netflix Premium or AMC+ service tile to complete creating an account on their sites.
- If you already have a Netflix subscription bought directly from Netflix - You'll be sent to the Netflix website and prompted to login with your current credentials. Follow the prompts to move your Netflix subscription to the +play platform. A confirmation of the transfer will appear on Netflix.com. Your Netflix profile, viewing history and preferences are kept.
- If you are in the middle of your billing cycle (with Netflix), you will need to call Netflix to get a refund of the remaining period of the billing cycle.
- A new tab will open to create your account. Once you have completed creating your account, click Back on the +play window tab.
- Under the Subscriptions tab you will see Active subscriptions. Click on Manage and activate the other service.
- Once you have successfully set up both services they will appear in the tile together under Netflix Premium and AMC+ in your Manage tile under subscriptions.
- Through +play - You are not eligible for this promotion. If you cancel the a la carte service and wait until the end of the billing cycle you become eligible for the bundle if it is still available.
- Directly from Netflix - You are eligible for this promotion and you can migrate your Netflix account to the +play offer when you activate it as part of the bundle.
- Click on the Netflix tile to activate; you will be redirected to Netflix.com
- Input your existing email address and password if you want to migrate billing to +play.
- A confirmation of the transfer will appear on Netflix.com
- Your Netflix profile, viewing history and preferences will stay intact.
- Through +play - You are not eligible for this promotion. If you cancel the a la carte service and wait until the end of the billing cycle, you become eligible for the bundle if it is still available..
- Directly from AMC+ - You are eligible for this promotion.
- To avoid being double-billed, cancel your current subscription with AMC+.
- You have taken advantage of another Netflix offer through +play, and are ineligible for the offer.
- You have purchased AMC+ à la carte through +play, and are ineligible for the offer.
- The promotion is no longer available.
- Canceling the bundle will cancel both services. You can’t cancel just one service of the bundle.
- If you cancel the services prior to the end of the end of your billing period (month) you’ll have access to the subscriptions until the end of the month.
- If you link an existing Netflix account to your bundle subscription, cancellation of the bundle on +play will not automatically cancel your Netflix membership. Netflix will automatically resume charging your existing payment method they have on file once your bundle subscription ends.
- Go to the Manage page on +play. Within the subscriptions section, select the bundle offer of Netflix and AMC+.
- On the bundle tile, to cancel the subscription, simply move the toggle over. You’ll see a notification that you’re unsubscribed and will no longer be billed for the bundle.

I purchased a AMC+ subscription through AMC+. Will my account migrate over to +play and am I eligible for the bundle?
Your AMC+ subscription can’t migrate to +play. You can cancel and subscribe to the bundle in +play.
I purchased AMC+ a-la-carte through +play. Can I purchase the Netflix Premium and AMC+ Bundle?
If you have AMC+ a la carte through +play you are not eligible for the Netflix Premium and AMC+ Bundle offer.

Why am I not seeing the Netflix Premium and AMC+ bundle offer available for purchase when I log into my +play account?
You may not see the Netflix bundle offer for one or more of these reasons:
When does my Netflix Premium with AMC+ subscription start?
Your subscription of Netflix Premium with AMC+ begins after you have activated the first service of the bundle offer. The subscription will auto-renew monthly at the then prevailing rate (+tax) until you cancel.
If you do not activate at least one service within the activation window (30 days), Verizon will automatically cancel the bundle.

- If you already have an active qualifying seasonal or annual subscription outside of +play, you can get this offer. However, you won’t be able to activate the qualifying subscription on +play until you cancel the original subscription and wait until the end of the bill cycle.
