How to use Verizon Cloud on your computer (2:32)
Let's walk through how to use Verizon Cloud on your computer to view and manage your content.
You can access the Verizon Cloud toolbar at any time by clicking the Cloud icon in the lower right corner on Windows.
If you're on a Mac, the Verizon Cloud toolbar will be in the upper right corner.
From the toolbar, you can check your backup status at a glance and view recent files.
The icons at the top of the toolbar provide access to everything else, like selecting what folders to sync.
Click the Select files to sync icon to customize the files that are syncing to your Cloud.
Select all or just choose the folders you care about most. When you're ready, click Save.
To make changes to your Settings, click the More Options icon from the toolbar.
Select Settings.
From here, you can view all your connected devices, manage users and more.
To open your Cloud Home, click the Home icon from the toolbar.
Cloud Home gives you a quick view of some of your most recent and favorite content, front and center.
On the left panel, you'll see your Verizon Cloud Library.
Here you can view, organize and manage all your photos and videos, music, and documents.
Want to watch one of your videos? Just select it from your Content Library and it will play automatically.
Want to mark it as a favorite? Just click the heart icon below.
Use the arrows on either side to quickly move through your content.
If you see something you want to save directly to your computer, just click the download icon.
Want to create a photo album? Just click the plus sign below.
Select Add album, and give your new photo album a name. Click Save to finish.
If you want to add a photo to an existing album, click the plus sign below and select the album you'd like to add it to.
Want to create a playlist with your favorite music? From your Music library, click the multiple selection icon in the upper right hand corner.
Now select the songs you'd like to include.
Next, click the add icon and select Add playlist.
Give your new playlist a name. Click Save and you're all set.
It's good to know that all Cloud storage plans* can access the Cloud Home and Library.
You can view and manage all of your Cloud content from other devices, like your phone, backed up to Cloud.
Files that are backed up from your computer** to the Cloud can be viewed here too.
