Your new Verizon mobile bill

Find the information you need.

Here's how your Verizon digital bill is organized.

 

When you view your bill using My Verizon app or website, here’s what you’ll see:

  1. You can View by line or View by plans & devices.
    • In either view, you see all your charges, they're just grouped differently.
    • Charges can include: plans, devices, Serices & Perks, surcharges & taxes.
  2. Shared account charges are at the bottom of the bill. These are charges like device protection, entertainment subscriptions, etc. which apply to more than one line on your account.

Note: Additional information link at the bottom of your bill takes you to important information, including legal notices, on the PDF of your bill. Review each month to stay informed.

Here's how your Verizon paper bill is organized.

 

Here's where to find information on your Verizon paper bill:

  1. Your Verizon paper bill presents your Charges by line in summary and detailed form. Charges can include: plans, devices, Serices & Perks, surcharges and taxes.
  2. Find your Shared account charges at the bottom of the bill. These are charges like device protection, entertainment subscriptions, etc. which apply to more than one line on your account.
  3. To see how your bill compares to last month's, see Activity since your last bill at the top of page 3.
  4. The payment stub to mail with your payment is on the first page.

How to view or download your past bills.

 

To view or download your past Verizon bills, visit your Bill overview in My Verizon website or app:

Website:

  1. Click on Bill & payment history.
  2. Choose a billing period from the past 18 months*.
  3. View pdf.

App:

  1. Choose Account.
  2. Bill & payment history. Choose a billing period from the past 18 months*.
  3. Choose Bill PDF to save, email or print your past bill.

Note: If you have Unlimited plans, your bill PDF shows call details but not data usage.

You can also get your bills from the past 18 months through our Documents and Receipts page. Sign in to My Verizon website.

*For older bills (up to 7 years), contact us.
