Verizon Mobile + Home Rewards Program Terms
In these Mobile + Home Rewards Program Terms, you'll find important information about Mobile + Home Rewards, including our ability to make changes to Mobile + Home Rewards or the Mobile + Home Rewards Program Terms.
"We", "our" or "us" refers to Verizon. "You" or "your" refers to you.
By enrolling in Verizon Mobile + Home Rewards, you're accepting the Mobile + Home Rewards Program Terms, and acknowledge that you
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have read and agree to these Program Terms
- Are able to download the new My Verizon app onto your mobile device
- Are a resident of the United States (excluding the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands)
The Mobile + Home Rewards Program is separate from any other rewards or loyalty program previously or currently offered by Verizon, and is subject to the terms of service for your applicable Verizon services. Any other rewards or loyalty program is governed by the terms of that program. These Program Terms and the documents it incorporates form the entire agreement between us with respect to the Mobile + Home Rewards Program.
Eligibility for Mobile + Home Rewards
Membership is free and available to all Account Owners and Managers of postpaid Verizon Wireless accounts, and authorized users of Fios / In Home internet accounts. Wireless accounts must be on an eligible monthly plan, such as unlimited or shared data plans, and Fios / In Home internet accounts must have a Fios internet plan or a "bundle" that includes a Fios Home internet plan. Membership in myAccess is required to enroll in Verizon Mobile + Home Rewards. Note: Enrollment is available to all joint Verizon Wireless and Fios / In Home internet customers whose Wireless and Fios / In Home internet accounts are in good standing. Both accounts must remain in good standing to receive service discounts. Business, prepaid, and employee accounts are not eligible for Mobile + Home Rewards. Enrolling in Mobile + Home Rewards
To enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards, link and verify your Wireless and Fios / In Home internet accounts using the Verizon Wireless My Verizon app. Enrollment in Mobile + Home Rewards requires a smartphone device and active Wireless and Fios / In Home internet accounts. You must be either the Account Owner or an authorized Account Manager for the Wireless account, and an authorized user for the Fios / In Home account to enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards.
Your Mobile + Home Reward benefits may not be fully combinable with other Verizon offers / discounts. For example, if you belong to a Verizon Enhanced Community and / or receive Verizon Fios / In Home internet services as part of a bulk purchasing agreement, you may qualify for partial or no monthly Mobile + Home Rewards discount off of your Fios / In Home internet service. The amount of the monthly Fios / In Home internet service discount you receive, if any, will depend upon the other underlying discounts you are already receiving. You will not receive a Mobile + Home Rewards discount that would result in your Verizon Fios bill or services falling below $0 monthly. You will, however, receive any applicable Mobile + Home Rewards discount off of your Wireless service as long as you continue to meet Mobile + Home Rewards eligibility requirements.
You may link only one Wireless and one Fios / In Home internet account. After linking accounts, if you have multiple Wireless or Fios / In Home internet accounts, you cannot subsequently change which Wireless and Fios / In Home internet accounts are linked. Note: Linking accounts or enrolling in Mobile + Home Rewards will not incur any additional financial liability or responsibility on the part of either the Wireless and / or Fios / In Home internet account holders. Late payment on one account will not affect services or the status of the other account, though it may affect your Mobile + Home Rewards discounts.
Mobile + Home Rewards Levels
Your Mobile + Home Rewards level is determined by the type of services selected on your Wireless and Fios / In Home internet accounts. As you upgrade into higher levels with higher service, you may qualify for higher Mobile + Home Rewards benefits. Any changes made to your existing services may impact your level, and in turn, the discounts and rewards you receive. You can easily change your services from the My Verizon app at any time. Level changes will be reflected on your next bill. See levels breakdown below.
Level 1
Requirements: A Wireless plan + A Fios/In Home internet speed
No Monthly Benefit
Level 2
Requirements: A non-Unlimited Wireless plan + Fios Gigabit Connection internet OR An Unlimited Wireless plan + A Fios/In Home internet speed plan (not Fios Gigabit Connection)
Monthly Benefits: $10/mo off total monthly charges ($5 off Wireless + $5 off Fios/In Home internet)
Level 3
Requirements: An Unlimited Wireless plan + Fios Gigabit Connection
Monthly Benefits: $20/mo off total monthly charges ($10 off Wireless + $10 off Fios/In Home internet)
Managing Your Account
You can view and manage your Device Dollars balance and monthly service discounts on qualifying plans from the My Verizon app. By enrolling in Mobile + Home Rewards and participating in the Program, you agree that we may send you information about Mobile + Home Rewards via email, mail, text or push notifications through the My Verizon app on your smartphone or tablet.
Using Device Dollars
Whether upgrading or adding a new line of service, you can use Device Dollars toward the purchase of one eligible phone, connected smartwatch, or tablet. You can use Device Dollars online (My Verizon app, www.verizon.com), offline (Verizon Wireless authorized retailers) and through telesales.
Termination or Changes to Your Mobile + Home Rewards Account or the Program
Discounts and benefits are provided based on qualified Wireless and Fios / In Home internet services. Changes to these services can result in adjustments to qualified discounts and benefits. If you terminate either your Verizon Wireless or Fios / In Home internet account, your Mobile + Home Rewards account will be closed and you'll forfeit any monthly service discounts and unused Device Dollars earned through Mobile + Home Rewards. We may monitor Mobile + Home Rewards accounts and member activity for compliance with the Program Terms. We can suspend or terminate your Mobile + Home Rewards account at any time. You may lose monthly service discounts and unused Device Dollars in your Mobile + Home Rewards account if the status of either your Verizon Wireless or Fios / In Home internet account changes, you fail to make payments on either your Verizon Wireless or Fios / In Home internet accounts, we suspect fraudulent activity, or we make changes to the Mobile + Home Rewards program. We may change these Program Terms at any time, with or without notice. By enrolling in, or otherwise participating in, the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept to be bound by these Program Terms. Verizon reserves the right to modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms and conditions in the Program Terms in our sole and absolute discretion, without further notice or compensation to you, and you waive any right to receive specific individual notice of such modifications. Verizon reserves this right even if such changes affect the value of any rewards already accumulated and may cancel rewards already accumulated and/or awarded. This means that Verizon may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, how to enroll and how rewards are earned or used. This also means that Verizon may terminate the Program, or any benefit of the Program, or substitute the Program for a similar or different rewards program at any time. Any updates to these Program Rules will be effective immediately upon posting at https://espanol2.verizon.com/support/mobile-home-rewards-program-legal and in the My Verizon App, where you may access the Program Terms to review changes to Mobile + Home Rewards or the Program Terms. If you continue to remain in Mobile + Home Rewards after the Program or Program Terms change, it means you're accepting the changes to Mobile + Home Rewards and the Program Terms.
