This video will show you how to retrieve voicemail from a One Talk desk phone.
When you have a voicemail message, your phone will alert you with a red blinking light at the top of the screen frame, as well as an on-screen message.
Access your message by pressing the on-screen Connect button, or the dedicated message button found on some phones.
When prompted, enter your PIN followed by the pound key.
After each new message you can press 7 to erase, 8 to reply or 9 to save the message.
After all new messages have been played, you may press 1 to play messages, 2 to send a message or 4 for personal options.
When you have no new voicemails, the red indicator light will stop blinking.
If your caller did not leave a voicemail, but you want to review your missed calls, press View to see the call history for both missed and placed calls.
