Learn more about returning Fios equipment when you’re getting replacement equipment or after you disconnected service.
Important: When disconnecting service, to avoid an unreturned equipment charge, you must return all your Verizon Fios equipment within 30 days of your service disconnection date.

How to return your Fios equipment
- You must contact us to start the return process.
- We’ll let you know which UPS stores are near your address so you can drop off your return. Or you can use the UPS find a store tool.
- The UPS Store scans the equipment’s serial numbers, packages and ships the returned equipment.
- Be sure to keep the return receipt for your records.
