You can use your S-Pen to take quick notes on any screen of your Note8. Even the lock screen!

You can use your S-Pen to take quick notes on any screen of your Note8. Even the lock screen!

First, with the screen locked remove the S-Pen.
This will allow you to take notes directly on the Lock Screen.
When finished, tap Save to Notes
You can also pin a Note to the Always on Display so you never forget that to-do list.
Just pull out your pin and create a screen off memo. Tap the Pin icon here.
Tap here to confirm pinning to the Always on Display.
You can even edit your pinned memo by double tapping on the memo to pull it up.
You can mark items off your list, and add new items as they come up.
