Now we're going to use the USB connector to transfer content from your old device to your Galaxy Note9.
Now we're going to use the USB connector to transfer content from your old device to your Galaxy Note9.
Start by plugging the small end of your old charging cable into your old device and the other end into the USB Adaptor.
Then plug the Adaptor into your Note9 and tap Smart Switch.
If it's your first time using Smart Switch Tap Start and Agree.
Then OK.
Make your Note9 the receiving device
You may have to tap Allow on the other device.
Now, select what you would like to transfer. It usually takes a few minutes to transfer everything, but we'll just transfer some contacts.
Tap Transfer.
You're all set!
When it's finished you'll see this screen. Now just close the app.
