TCL FLIP 3 Voice & Text FAQs

The TCL FLIP 3 Voice & Text phone is a basic Kai OS device designed for voice and messaging, not a smartphone with internet access. The phone does have some tools, a gallery, a clock, music, a calendar, video, and FM Radio, but not access to the Kai OS Store.

This voice-capable device will use 8-10 MB of monthly data per line to comply with 911 emergency requirements that enable emergency services to identify a user's elevation (e.g., the floor on which the user is located within a multi-story building).

You may be billed for such use if you don't have an active unlimited data plan.

Verizon encourages customers to upgrade to the latest price plans to avoid this data overage charge.
