This page provides helpful information about purchasing and managing bundled streaming promotional subscriptions in +play.
About the +play bundle offer
- An a-la-carte subscription through +play.
- To get this offer, you must cancel your original subscription in +play and wait until the end of the billing cycle (if the offer is still available).
- An a-la-carte subscription outside of +play.
- You can purchase the bundle offer, but you won’t be able to activate the subscription until you cancel the original subscription and wait until the end of the bill cycle.
- Use 1VZID to log into both accounts can only purchase one of each bundle offer.
- Who log in using separate User IDs can purchase one bundle offer for each account.
Who’s eligible to get the bundle offer?
Unless otherwise indicated, all Verizon customers with standard monthly mobile, Verizon Home Internet and/or Fios TV service accounts are eligible for this offer unless you have already purchased either of the select services as:

I have several lines on my Verizon mobile account. Can we each get the bundle offer?
No, only 1 offer is available per Verizon mobile account.
I have both a mobile and a Fios account. Can we get the bundle offer for both accounts?

Can I buy the bundle if I already bought the service through +play?
No. If you subscribed to one of the bundle services through +play you aren’t eligible for this offer. This is because upgrading isn’t currently available in +play.
However, if you cancel the +play subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle, then you become eligible for the bundle (if the offer is still available).
How to get
- Sign in to My Verizon from a web browser (+play isn't available in the My Verizon app).
- Choose Shop, then +play.
- Click Learn More and find the bundle offer tile you're interested in.
- You must purchase the bundle through the Learn More link to receive the exclusive offer.
- Click on Get it Now.
- You will be asked if you already have an existing account with participating partners.
- You can proceed by clicking on Continue to Enrollment. If you have further questions, click on Learn More.
- Enter service address.
- Enter a valid payment method.
- Accept the terms and conditions and create your accounts.
- Click the Bundle offer service tile to complete the account creation.
- Return to +play.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab, where you will find your active subscriptions.
- Click on Manage and activate the other service.
- Once you have successfully set up both services they will appear together in the Manage tile under subscriptions.
- You already bought one of the select services through +play and aren't eligible for the offer.
- The promotion is no longer available.
- You're bundle subscription auto-renews monthly at the current rate (+taxes and fees) until you cancel. The biling date for the bundle is the activation date for the first service.
- If you don't activate at least of service within the activation window of 30 days, we automatically cancel the bundle.
How do I get the bundle offer?

Why am I not seeing the bundle offer as available for purchase when I sign into my +play account?
You may not see the bundle offer for any of these reasons:

When does my bundle subscription subscription and billing start?
Your subscription after you activate the first service of the bundle offer.
Managing your bundle subscription
- Go to the Manage page on +play. Within the subscriptions section, select the bundle offer.
- On each of the tiles, to cancel the subscription, simply click the tile you would like to cancel. In the next screen click cancel.
- You'll see a notification that you’re unsubscribed, and will no longer be billed for the bundle.
Can I cancel the bundle at any time?
Yes. You can cancel the qualifying bundle at any time through the Manage page on the +play website.
Canceling the bundle cancels both services. If you cancel the services before the end of the end of your billing period (month) you’ll have access to the subscriptions until the end of the month.
