How to find your Wi-Fi password

Verizon has a variety of tools to find your Wi-Fi password. Select from the options below:

Find your Wi-Fi password using the My Verizon app
If you have a Fios Quantum Gateway or a Verizon Fios advanced router, using the My Verizon app, select:

Internet > under My Networks the password is listed below each network name

To install the My Verizon app, visit the Apple® App Store® for iOS or Google Play for Android.
Find your Wi-Fi password using My Verizon
If you have a Fios Quantum Gateway or a Verizon Fios advanced router, sign into My Verizon to view your Wi-fi password. To access:

hover over Services, select Internet > under My Network the password is listed below each network name

You can find the default Wi-fi password on your router label.
Find your Wi-Fi password on your Fios TV
If you currently subscribe to Fios TV, you can see your Wi-fi credentials on your TV. From your Fios TV remote control, select:

Menu > Customer Support > Internet > My Wireless Network > Wi-fi Credentials

Your wireless credentials will be displayed.
