Manage Wi-Fi settings

You can change your Wi-Fi settings at any time.

If you have Fios Quantum Gateway or a Verizon Fios Advanced router, you can use My Verizon to manage basic Wi-Fi network settings. Top settings include:

Change Wi-Fi name or password
Turn off Wi-Fi access
Parental Controls

You can also use the Guided-test Solution Tool to help you find your home Wi-Fi credentials, how to change them, or how to change your Wi-Fi security settings.

To install the My Verizon app, visit the Apple® App Store® for iOS or Google Play for Android.

Manage your Wi-Fi settings using My Verizon
To manage your Wi-Fi settings, sign into My Verizon. To access:

hover over Services, select Internet > under My Network select a network name to Manage
